A recap of what we saw at Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2019
(2 min read) Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2019 took place between the 9-14 April 2019 at Rho, Italy. In its longstanding 58th edition, the exhibition proudly celebrates the leading pivotal designers in contemporary furnishing.
This classy platform not only boasts a gorgeous range of décor from Chairs and tables, storage solutions and wardrobes, to children’s home accents but brings with it a super-charge of culture, projects and a punch of innovation; so much so… It proved a favorite in Milan Design week!
The show was split into three style categories:
Focusing on traditional craftsmanship and age-old technique in classic styles.
For products that offer practicality whilst remaining innovative and fresh.
The section is given to furniture and design that rewrites the old rules into something contemporary.
A huge range of visual treats with a business orientated ethos were on offer at this year’s truly incredible exhibit, attracting over 370,000 attendees!
A range of disciplines and inspirations can be seen throughout the lively and sumptuous exhibit, from rustically unassuming woodwork to contemporary modern wall décor. This gorgeous platter of living and business design reminds us how our ordinary functional spaces are a blank canvas to fill, rather than a base to just work, live or eat from.
