These beautiful stones are the foundation of every unique mosaic piece we create. We also specialize in creating breathtaking mosaic murals using beautiful Italian smalti and glass tiles.

Each of our mosaic artworks is meticulously hand-cut and hand-set by some of the best mosaicists in the world. The tiles, measuring 1/4” inch (6 mm) in depth and approximately 1/3” inch (8.5 mm) in width, are carefully placed to create stunning works of art.

Depending on the complexity of the design, a dedicated team of 4 to 10 talented artists and craftsmen collaborate to bring each mosaic to life, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in every mosaic piece.

The mosaic artworks shown on our website do not represent ready-for-sale goods as all our mosaics are crafted on order. All motifs that have been produced individually by hand can slightly deviate from the sample images in their color and application within the context of the artistic design. In particular, it is not possible to guarantee an exact color match between the photograph and the material that has actually been used due to the fluctuations of colors and texture of the natural marble, and that will make your mosaic truly one of a kind.

All sizes can be modified to fit your exact placement; however some designs cannot be made smaller due to design constraints, but all mosaic designs can be made in a larger size, or even custom-tailored shapes such as circular forms or any form to fit your vision.

During the art creation process, a dedicated project manager will collaborate closely with you, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new masterpiece before it's shipped to you. This includes providing progress pictures at various production stages for your approval, change requests, etc…

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. mosaicslab.com has no control over this and has no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

We make every effort to guarantee that your mosaic masterpiece arrives in pristine condition, just as it leaves our workshop. The tiles are glued to a fiber mesh backing, ensuring that each of the hand-cut marble mosaic tiles remains firmly in place during shipping.

Your mosaic artwork is packaged to the best standard possible with thick paper to protect against dust and an additional layer of heavy-duty polyester film to ensure maximum protection and safe delivery. The polyester film also makes unwrapping your mosaic quick and easy without any mess.

Mosaic artworks up to a size of 20 sq. ft. (1.8 sq. m.) will be delivered in one piece. It will get to your house rolled in like a carpet. In case your mosaic artwork is bigger than 20 sq. ft. (1.8 sq. m.) it will be split into smaller pieces for easier handling and installation. The pieces will be numbered and are easy to put together, just like a puzzle.

Damage during shipping is extremely rare. However, if a few stones come loose during shipment, don’t worry, we include extra replacement tiles with every order. These can be easily reattached with any water-based glue. For any significant damage, please reach out to us at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim and replacing your mosaic artwork.

Yes! Our mosaic artworks are shipped globally for free via DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Since all mosaic projects are crafted on request, your order needs 3 to 4 weeks to reach your home. We only work with international delivery partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your mosaic artwork is shipped out, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

We are committed to ensuring you are 100% happy and proud of your mosaic masterpiece. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your mosaic artwork, you may return it within 30 days and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the artwork. At this time, we don’t offer installation services. However, installing mosaic artwork is often simpler than it may seem and can be a rewarding DIY project, saving you the cost of hiring a tile installer.

We’ve made it very easy for you to install your mosaic piece. Please head over to our Installation Guide for a complete demonstration. Although installing a mosaic project doesn't necessarily require a professional, we recommend one for larger mosaic installations.

Mosaic tiles are incredibly versatile and can be installed on walls, floors, indoors, outdoors, in swimming pools, on tabletops, as ceiling inlays, mirror borders, kitchen and bathroom backsplashes, or any other space that brings your vision to life. Check out our latest Lookbook for inspiration.

All our mosaic artworks are made from natural marble and stones, naturally resistant to different environments (dry, moist, or wet) and weather conditions such as frost, sunlight, extreme heat, etc…and are also chemical resistant should you wish to install them in your swimming pool. Your beautiful mosaic artwork will literally last for tens of years.

Once your mosaic piece is installed, grouting will increase its strength and provide water and dust resistance. You can choose from various grout options, including cement or epoxy. For most mosaic projects, we recommend unsanded cement grout, while epoxy grout is ideal for wet areas. This ensures a durable and long-lasting finish for your artwork.
