Coverings 2019 – The Global Tile & Stone Experience

(3 min read) Coverings 2019 took place between 09 April and 12 April 2019 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA.

This stunning exhibition boasted a range of the most current progress in tile, marble, ceramics and natural stone; featuring over 25000 industry figureheads and professional stone and tile workers. This celebratory display recognizes the gorgeous plethora of outstanding design and installation ideas for both home and commercial use and offers awards for those who continue to push the boundaries of modern design.

Here is a look at some of the Prize winners for 2019; who contribute to the sumptuous collection of decorative mosaic art and marble marvel, from contemporary commercial design to gorgeous home accents.

    Look at all these gorgeous tiles! We had to pick out tiles and marble, etc last year when we re-did our bathroom. I personally think it was a lot of fun, only when we narrowed down our search, otherwise it was insanely overwhelming!

    Nothing excites me more than fabulous tile work! Did you know that a lot of the artwork in St Peter’s Cathedral Rome that look like painting are actually mosaic tiles??! I was amazed.

    Every room looks very different with a new tile or stone, but all look very modern and contemporary. I really like the black and white effect.

    I love the darker stones and tiles. The light colored ones are beautiful, too, but I just see fingerprints and grime meaning I’d have to clean more often in order to keep it pristine.

    Interior design has always been so fascinating to me. I absolutely love that last photo of the charisma of Rome. I would love for my kitchen to look like that.
