(4 min read) What a stunning year it has been! Looking back on all of the vibrant mosaic masterpieces we shared with you, we have to say that 2025 was nothing short of spectacular in terms of versatile mosaic art. From vivid florals that seem to bloom right off the wall, to dramatic abstract pieces that make you stop and stutter mid-sentence, our collection this year truly celebrated creativity and diversity in all its intricate glory.

Florals were undeniable superstars this year. But, while they were usually reserved for entryways and living room walls, this year they took over kitchens and bathrooms as well. From gentle wildflowers and delicate butterfly weed to daring, fiery roses with oversized petals, these amazing mosaics were bringing every interior to life. 

Florals are romantic in their own beautiful way, but it seems that the romance itself had a very good year. Cupid got busy, and so did our talented mosaicists. Romance was in high demand throughout the year. Soft hues, evocative shapes, hidden kisses, and stolen touches took over in February, and by November, we were barely keeping up. Love was in the air and in all of our workshops, too!

Abstract mosaic art held its ground throughout the year. Pieces that defy conventions, make statements with sharp geometric shapes, and induce awe with unexpected color combinations were all the rage in 2025. Abstract mosaics have been taking the spotlight in the past couple of years, so it seems that brave and unapologetically modern mosaic art is here to stay.

And while floral mosaics are most certainly a nod to the natural world, nothing speaks of nature quite like its colorful fauna. From majestic birds mid-flight to furry forest creatures and the king of the jungle himself, animals were one of the favorite mosaic themes this year. All of our fauna mosaics successfully combined artistry with storytelling, bringing nature into your homes through 2025, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about it.

Last, but not least, this year was also about paying tribute to the masters. Mosaic reproductions gave art lovers the chance to enjoy their favorite unattainable painted masterpieces, with a slight, meaningful twist. Tiny, handcrafted mosaic tiles carefully assembled to echo the iconic brush strokes of VanGogh, Klimt, Vermeer, and others. Our marvelous mosaic reproductions provided a fresh perspective on timeless works of art.
