Mosaic inlay and its many advantages
(4 min read) Mosaic floor inlay is, as you may have already guessed, any type of mosaic art that gets embedded into a solid background. It requires the same set of skills (Liam Neeson set of skills) as with regular mosaic artwork, the only difference is installation.
Mosaic inlay is a perfect option if you just want to freshen up your home a bit without going all-out budget vise. Wherever you decide to add the mosaic inlay you like — you won’t be wrong. Just adjust the wanted size of the mosaic artwork so it doesn’t overwhelm the surface you are inserting it to and go with it.
The result of adding a mosaic inlay is always lovely as it adds an element of class and style to any countertop, tabletop, backsplash, and floor. You can, of course, choose any other surface to carve and prepare for your inlay, I’ve just mentioned these as they are the most usual choices.

Mosaic can look so pretty. I’ve always loved seeing it on the porch in front of people’s front doors – what a lovely way to greet visitors to your home!
